Trading is halted for the day after NEPSE index declined by more than 2% in the first day after lockdown was eased. NEPSE index started off the day 1251.46 points and declined by 2.02% i.e. 25.41 points to end the day’s trading session at 1226.15 points . The sensitive index decline by 1.99% and closed at 265.67 points at the end of the day. The turnover of the day stood at Rs. 104,372,646 (10.43 crores) only achieved through 291 no of transactions and the total no of shares traded for the day stood at 106,312 shares.
